1. In Netlify, go to your site → Deploys → drag a videos/ folder containing your MP4 files.
2. Open this HTML file and find the PROJECTS array at the bottom of the script.
3. Add each project: { title: "Project Name", category: "Music Video", year: "2025", video: "videos/filename.mp4", thumb: "videos/filename.mp4" }
4. Save and re-upload the HTML file to Netlify. Done.
